Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I reserve?
We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 2 months in advance for weddings and large events—to secure availability. Smaller rentals may be accommodated closer to your event date, depending on inventory.
What’s included in the rental fee?
Our standard rental fee covers the use of the item(s) and setup/tear down for your event. Delivery is available at an additional cost.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Our delivery fees are based on the size and distance of your order.

$25 (each way): Discounted delivery for extra small items
- $50 (each way): Base delivery fee for standard orders within city limits
Can I pick up the items myself?
Yes! Clients are welcome to arrange their own pickup and return of items at no extra cost. For larger or more delicate items, we suggest using our delivery service to ensure safe transport.
Note: The Renter is responsible for ensuring load is securely fastened with straps and protected with blankets in an enclosed vehicle. Tarping the load is not acceptable as that is not considered as an enclosed vehicle.
Will a deposit be required when renting?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental items and hold them for your event date.
In addition, a damage deposit will be collected before the item is delivered/picked up. This damage deposit is fully refundable once all items are returned in their original condition.
What condition must the items be returned in?
